As users of Saskatchewan History Online (SHO), you agree not to use the tools, SHO or any participants content, or the SHO documentation or logos in any way that is unlawful, or harms the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education, the Provincial Library and Literacy Office, the University Library, University of Saskatchewan, its service providers, its suppliers, end users, or any other person.
SHO or the University Library, University of Saskatchewan may suspend the use of the digital tools and SHO and contributors content and/or trademarks if and when the University Library, University of Saskatchewan determines that your use breaches the terms of use or is otherwise unacceptable.
